Legacy of Martin Luther King Jr.

By Dalila

What would have happened if Martin Luther King Jr. had never delivered his “I Have a Dream” speech? Did all the people actually agree with him? Was he crazy in believing that races should get along? Was he right in believing that violence was not the answer? These are the questions that continue years after his death. Martin Luther King Jr. worked very hard for people to change their mind. If it weren’t for his ideas, the ideas of Malcom X would have taken over and we would live in a very different America.

Martin Luther King Jr was a great leader because he motivated all the people of different skin colors to work together. On the other hand, Malcolm X wanted to separate all the different skin colors like Mexicans on the north side, white people will leave on the west side and the African-Americans in south side. Martin Luther King Jr is a guy that made many points in his speeches, where he caused some racist people not be racist. It’s hard to do all that. To prove that races can work together, from 1957 to 1968 he walked over six million miles, spoke his speeches over 250 times and while he was doing that, he wrote five books.

If he was alive still everything would be changed. There wouldn’t be many racist people and maybe Latinos would still be here in America and not in Mexico. Martin Luther King, when he gaved a speech, said,"if someone hits you don't hit back just walk away.” People’s concerns with this is that, if they kill you or something then there’s going to be problems. On the other hand, Malcom X wanted people to hit back so that they could defend themselves.

King achieved many things that made him a very good speaker, because it caused people to support non-violence. For example, Martin Luther King led a protest march in Memphis,Tennessee. It was about a strike of garbage workers of that city, because the African-American workers weren’t getting paid enough. In Washington D.C he did another march of 250,000 people to whom he delivered his address of "I have a dream." He also got arrested twenty times for speaking out and got assaulted four times. On December 21, 1956, the Supreme Court crossed off the law of the black people going to the back of the bus and whites in front so it was no longer a law.

Though he was a Baptist minister, it doesn't matter if he was Jewish, Christian or catholic he made a big change that impressed people. He was a great leader that changed some racist people; which is hard for some people to do. If it wasn't for him we would all be dead or wouldn't have all those things we like.

Hitler and the Holocaust

by Antonese

Hitler. The name makes me squirm. And in the past in made billions do the exact same thing. Why his name is so popular in the Villains category is all because of the Holocaust in 1941. The main three topics of the Holocaust is the man behind it, who was effected and, how it is still going on now.

Adolf Hitler was the man to fear in the 30's. He was elected into the German government. After he was elected things went downward. Instead of peace Adolf Hitler choose war and violence in the most nonsense able way possible. In 1941 Hitler had started a historical event that was not looked up upon. To me, commanding that all Jews of Europe be thrown into a ferniest to burn, would lye well on my conditions. Obviously for the horrific Hitler, that wasn't a problem of his. For the Jews they more than feared him, they hated him.

Just imagine, the Holocaust wiped out almost all of a whole culture.6 billion Jews were deathly affected. It's flabbergasting by how one man can be so powerful. How he can manipulate and deceive people into the death of 6 billion. Many of the few survivors of the Holocaust write about their endearing story such Gerda Weissmann Klein. Their heartfelt stories give hope to all people even those who have no relations to the Holocaust. To me, during that time, the key to surviving mentally is hope and faith. When a whole nation is exterminated, hope and faith is all that's left.

Although the Holocaust happened over 60 years ago, events just like are happening all over the world. In Sudan many are victim of shootings daily. This is no different then the past events of genise. This needs to change or else our world will only consist of so many humans. Tribes in Sudan get invaded at least once a month. It saddens me how in dangered kids my age our. They can't just be regular bratty teenagers. Those kids don't have to learn history, because their living through it all over again.

An unforgettable event changed our history in a way we wish we could erase. We can not change our past, but we can do things in our present to change the future. Let's learn from the Holocaust and help those who are going through it everyday. They, just like the Jews, did nothing wrong. Which means nothing should be caused upon them.

Isaac Newton

Isaac Newton was born in England on December 25,1642 top Hahnah Newton and Isaac Newton senior. Unfortunately for both Isaac and his father they were not able to meet each other because Isaac Newton senior died on October two months before his sons birth. Hahnah, Isaac's mother later remarried a wealthy clergyman named Barnabas Smith. He was more than 30 years older than she was. Barnabas despised Isaac and ordered Hannah to leave him behind when she moved in with him. Hannah agreed so her mother moved in to the little farm to care for little Isaac, but however that was little consolation for poor little Isaac who had always been his mothers adoration and now she had abandoned him. Hannah and Barnabas latter has 3 children together Mary, Benjamin, and Hannah. Isaac saw his mother occasionally on visits she would make to him this went on for the 8 years her marriage lasted. Of coarse for any child that experience would mark their life and their character permanently. Isaac was not the exception through out his life he was solitary and secretive and was not willing to trust no one else.

Isaac Newton was what you could call a very well educated man, he first attended a Free Grammar school. Though Newton did not excel in school, he did earn the opportunity to attend Trinity College Cambridge where he wanted to study law. Unfortunately for him his mother refused to pay for his education so while at college he had to worked as a servant to pay his way through school. Even though he went to school to study law he later became interested in mathematics after buying a book at a fair and not understanding the math concepts it contained. Newton graduated with a bachelors degree in 1665.

Even though he graduated with a Bachelors degree from Cambridge he still felt that wasn't enough for him he still felt he had to do more with it but unfortunately the further pursuit of an education was interrupted by the plague that struck during that time. Trinity College was closed due to the highly contagious, deadly disease. Newton went home during that time and it was during that time that Newton started to pursue his own ideas on math, physics, optics and astronomy.

The university latter reopened and Newton decided to go back in order to obtain his masters degree. Isaac was apparently to busy to start a family, although at one point the was engaged to Anne Storer, the step daughter of the apothecary he stayed with them while he was at school but they never married and she went on to marry someone else. There is no record of him having kids, he was what you would call a solitary man some people say it had to do with his childhood and the abandoning of his mother.

Isaac Newton was known as a genius a real true genius. He invented a branch of mathematics called calculus which is known world wide. He also designed the reflecting telescope which is also still used, he also proved that white light contains the colors of the rainbow. As if that weren't enough to be considered a genius he figured out the principle of gravity, talk about genius. Even though he was considered a genius where he got it from was unexplained because his father was an uneducated farmer. As a matter of fact when Newton's father was signing his will he signed with an "X" because he didn't know how to write his own name.

Many people have many different theories on how Isaac Newton figured out the principle of gravity. Some say he got was hit on the head with an apple while sitting under an Apple tree, others say he simply fell and realized how everything that goes up has to come down however the truth of the matter is that we might never really know what happened when he made this remarkable discovery. How he figured it out doesn't really matter right now what does matter is how much it has helped our society without it things such as plains might not work the way they do today. Gravity according to Newton is the potential energy between two bodies proportional to the masses of the bodies and inverse to the separation to the bodies.
That was not the only thing he also invented a new branch of mathematics all on his own and he named it 'Calculus'. Calculus is a branch of mathematics that includes the study of limits, derivatives ,and integrals. Calculus is now a major part of modern University education. That just gives you an idea of the great contributions Isaac Newton has made to our society.

Eva Peron: the History of a Hero

Eva Peron: the History of a Hero

On May 1919, Argentina became the home of what became a hero, her name Eva Maria Duarte AKA Evita Peron. Growing up very poorly with five more siblings and no dad Eva had to live in a one room shack and work in kitchens of rich houses instead of going to school. After turning 16 she moved to Buenos Aires, and filmed a few movies and worked at a radio station.

In 1945 Eva met the Minister of War, Juan Peron. In less than a year they were married and she helped him run for presidency. To their surprise they won. As the first lady, Eva started her own foundation and made many schools and hospitals. She also helped women with their education and workers that were being exploded. Soon Eva had made many friends and enemies, because she embraced her poverty and became to many the first women politician even though she was only the president's wife.

Her worst enemies were the rich people in Argentina. They hated her because she didn't like them and did everything to put them down. When the oldest charity in Argentina didn't invite her to be the president, she cut all of the money they received from the government, shut them down and started her own foundation.

Eva's political life was short. She was diagnosed with cancer in 1950 and she knew she was going to die. Since she was so loved by people in Argentina she did one last thing before giving up. She ordered some workers to build her something that would hold her standing up so she could seem like she was fine and they did. When she finally felt ready she used her biggest coat and covered her whole body so people wouldn't see what she was hiding. She went out on the streets and waved at everyone.

The very next year on July Evita died. The whole country was devastated and so was her husband. Up to this day everyone remembers her and that's what makes her a hero. She came from the lowest and embraced her poverty becoming the first lady of Argentina, to many the first woman politician and most important of all Evita.

coco channel

Coco Chanel is well known for her line of fashion (totally awesome right?). You may think she's always lived the glamorous life... that's only how she made it seem. She was born in a poor house where her mother used to work at. Although things were already tough they got worse when her mom died. She was only six and she had four other siblings and they all had to live with their father. Her name wasn't really Coco Chanel, it was really Gabrielle Bonheur. How ever she wasn't satisfied with that. So while working at a cafe she decided she wanted to be known as Coco Chanel. She was twenty three at the time. She was born in 1883, though she had lied and said 1893 for some weird reason.

Now you may think her life was all a lie, no sir! All her clothes and everything were originally made by her. She had opened her first milinary shop in 1912 to the 1920's. She started out making simple suits and casual outfits. Yeah thing is that she wasn't like all the other designers, she actually thought about the people so she made her clothes super comfortable! Sadly something had interrupted her business. World war I! It really made things tough. It was running really slowly and she had more trouble than ever with her shop. That didn't stop her. She moved on and waited for things to get better. Which they did.

Chanel didn't do all that work on her own. For the most part she did design most of her clothing line, but she did have a lot of help with everything else. Her main people (assistants) were Yvonne Dudel and Jean Cazaubon. They helped her sell and design. Along with many other qualities. The three of them may of had rough times, but they always got back on track and succeeded.

So what does that have to do with history? For one thing, she is a living example of how it is possible to live out your dreams; but that ambition alone won't do. You have to work hard. In addition, she is an example of a feminist. Sadly, most feminists won't view her that way, because they see fashion as an insult to their beliefs. But she went into a male-dominated profession at a time when women were supposed to just be housewives.

Even after she died people took on her business and made her fashions way huge. Which only goes to show that she was a true inspiration. Surprisingly all the people that took on her business were all men. Wow you would usually expect it to be mostly girls, but nope guys can also be great designers. Chanel is very well known to now in days for her fabulous fashions. So I would like to thank her for the inspiration she has given me, and now I know I want to be just like her. Hopefully I will someday be as great as she was and still is. Thank-you Coco Chanel... YOU ROCK!

Martin Luther King Jr.

By E. Martinez

His voice was powerful. It led a nation to reconsider its prejudice and hope for something better. Martin Luther King fought for his race and ended up getting shot. Martin Luther King was a brave leader and wanted freedom. While he wanted his race to be respected and treated the equally, he also wanted all races to get along. For that he has become a respected and great man whose memory we honor.

Martin Luther King lived in a time were there was a lot of bias. Schools, restaurants and stores were segregated. No dark colored skinned people lived in peace with light colored people. Martin Luther King fought for them. He was a brave person and good leader. Even though Martin Luther King had a lot of followers, he had people that didn't like him and wanted to kill him. After all that he kept leading. He led boycotts and marches, even when he was hated by people from all sides.

Martin Luther King said these famous words began with “I have a dream...". His speech was known nationwide. His speech was long and interesting plus it got in the mind of people. The hope explained seemed real, like it could actually happen. That speech made people think and think about what he talked about. It lingered afterward. Then he got killed after all his work. He was never able to completely reach his goal.

Martin Luther King was a great man for all the things that he did for his people. Plus after all that he ended up getting murdered. He still got freedom for his people and both his life and his death caused America to see that we are all created equally. That is why Martin Luther King was a great man.

Adolf Hitler

By C. Moreno

Holocaust. What does that mean to you? To me it means pain, death, and Adolf Hitler. He killed thousands of people just because he hated them. He put them in concentration camps and tortured them so much that up to this day many Jews are still afraid to let other people know their beliefs because they are afraid of getting killed. In addition, Hitler tried to take over the world and World War II began because of him.

Adolf Hitler was born, April 20, 1889 in Braunau-am-Inn, Austria. His father Alois worked as a custom officer and his mother’s name was Klara. Adolf started school at the age of 6 and he had a little brother that died at the age of six. In 1896 his mom gave birth to his sister who was named Paula. Six years after this when Adolf was 13 his dad died and his mom took care of him and his sister until he turned 19 when Klara died of cancer. Thus, his childhood was filled with tragedy.

In 1907, Adolf went to Vienna, Austria where he failed the entrance exam to the Academy of
Fine Arts. He took the test a year later and failed the test again. Disappointed he soon became homeless and would often get meals from charity kitchens. In 1913 he went to Munich, Germany and in 1914 volunteered for the German Army during World War I. He was decorated for bravery twice and at the end of the war he had to recover from temporary blindness caused by a poison gas attack.

In 1920 Hitler joined the National Socialist German Workers Party which was known as the “Nazis”. He soon became leader and organized an army for the Nazi Party called the Storm Troopers. On 1923 he led more than 2,000 Storm Troopers to seize the Bavarian government, the attempt failed and Hitler was sentenced to prison for 5 years but he only served 9 months and was released. By 1929 Nazis had become an important political party.

Adolf became a German citizen on February 25, 1932. The Nazi Party won the July elections and on 1934 Hitler became the “Fuehrer and Reich Chancellor”. On March 7, 1936 German troops marched into the demilitarized areas of Germany towards Aachen, Trier and Saarburuecken. He then took over Austria, Czecoslovakia, Poland, France and England then followed by declaring war on Germany. Then he took over Denmark and Norway. On June 22, 1941, Hitler advanced on Russia and this was his eventual downfall.

In the last days of the Third Reich, the Russians troops were inside of Berlin. Just what really happened to Adolf Hitler from here is a matter of opinion. It was said that he committed suicide on April 30, 1945. His companion, Eva Braun, is thought to have killed herself with cyanide. It is then thought that the bodies were burned with petrol, then buried in a shallow grave, but many believe this was a ploy and that he escaped.

But Russia, has another scenario. When Russian troops entered Berlin in 1945, they dug up the remains. They then reburied Hitler in Magdeburg, East Germany. Yuri Andropov ordered the bones dug up and destroyed in 1970. However, the KGB found skull fragments in the bunker of Hitler and took them to Moscow. Moscow first announced it had the fragment in 1993.

Adolf Eichmann

By D. Osias

There was a man that betrayed his whole country just to save his family. Although he never physically killed anyone, he used his mind to create a more effecience way of killing millions. His name was Adolf Eichmann.

It all started when the Nazis started to give the Jews names like rats. The Nazis also started putting the Jews in ghettos. The ghettos originated from the name of the Jewish quarter in Venice, established in 1516. During world war II, ghettos were city districts (often enclosed) in which the Germans concentrated the Jewish population and forced them to live under miserable conditions. Then the Nazis told them to start digging there own grave. Nazis just stood there and shoot them one by one.

Later the Nazis grew tired of wasting their bullets and they came along a man who was very smart. They gave him a choice to make a plan to use fewer bullets or him and his family will die. What did you know he picked to make a plan to kill his own fellow citizens (also called genocide). According to the plan, Jews were shipped on trains to concentration camps. It was here that Jews were told to get nude and give up their clothes. After that they got told to go in a gas chamber they didn't know and they died after 2 hours in there. The other step was to burn them in a over sized oven.

Hitler wanted only blond and blued eyed people. He tried every thing to make it that way some people got blind and some bold. When a women had twins one of the twins got experimented on. While the experiment was going on the child was alive and not asleep or died. Before Hitler got caught he shot him self because he knew they where going to touchier him. Now his body is spilt up every where in the world. Yet, that was not the end of things for Eichmann, the man who made murdering more effecient. After about 20 years they found him and brought him to court where he was found guilty and hung.

Women's Role in World War II

By T. Vazquez

Some people really don't know what happened to the women in World War II. I would like to change that. All those women who worked just like men should be honored. There were many ways women benefited the war cause. It was a time for women to show what they could do. A time for women all over the US to understand that they can do it too and that they have rights just like men. Thousands of women worked in factories. Some even disguised themselves as men to fight in the war. I thought it would be a good idea to do this article about them to honor their memories.

The women who worked in factories really did help the war. Some women decided work at factories that supplied the military. In fact the hours they worked were long and some even had to move to where the factories were located. The ones that did moved were paid more. The men that did the same work were paid in fact a lot more because they were men. Some women that where greatly skilled where paid less than a non-skilled man. They stood up for themselves and started a strike to increase their pay. It was the start of a feminist movement.

Most people won't believe this but they where used as secret agents!!! This job was very DANGEROUS. One mistake and it could cost them their lives. Maybe not their lives in some cases but torture. Those women were really brave. Two of all the women got awards. Their names being Violette Szabo and Odette Churchill. Both of them were captured and tortured. Violette was murdered and Odette survided the war.

The women that didn't have paying job volunteered in the WVS (women's voluntary service). The women that worked there would help firefighters. They would actually provide them with tea and refreshments. By 1943 there were about one million volunteers. Basically the WVS did whatever was needed to be done and recieved little praise for it. Most of the women that volunteered were very elderly women. They did a very wide range of jobs. They even knitted socks and anything needed to keep them warm.

So in conclusion those women were brave. Sometimes women forget they have rights and I would like to remind those who forgot. I won't forget it myself.

Jordan Is the Best Ever

BY B. CAMPOS

IN THE WIDE WORLD OF SPORTS THERE ARE A LOT OF NEW AND OLD LEGENDARY PLAYERS. LIKE THE GREAT MICHAEL JORDAN, I MEAN, IF YOU DON'T KNOW OF HIM I AGREE WITH ALL THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE CALLED YOU A LOSER. HE WAS AND IS STILL REGARDED AS ONE OF THE GREATEST BASKETBALL PLAYERS ALIVE. SURE THERE ARE MANY MORE GREAT PLAYERS BESIDES HIM. HOWEVER, I REALLY DOUBT THEY ALL WON SIX CHAMPIONSHIPS LIKE MICHAEL.

WHEN MICHAEL JORDAN WAS IN THE NCAA (COLLEGE BASKETBALL) EVERYONE ALREADY KNEW THAT HE WAS GOING TO BE A GREAT PLAYER. ABOUT EVERY TEAM IN THE N.B.A (NATIONAL BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION) WANTED HIM. HE WAS SCORING POINTS LIKE CRAZY AND HE WAS ACTUALLY THE SCORING LEADER IN THE NCAA FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS! YET DESPITE THIS, HE HAD ACTUALLY FAILED TO MAKE THE HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL TEAM HIS FRESHMAN YEAR.

WHEN DRAFT DAY CAME EVERYBODY WAS EXCITED - ESPECIALLY MICHAEL HIMSELF. HE KNEW THAT AT THE END OF THAT DAY HE WAS GOING TO START HIS N.B.A CAREER. EVERYONE THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO BE THE #1 DRAFT PICK. BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE FIRST 2 TEAMS DIDN'T GET HIM. SO THE CHICAGO BULLS SAW THEIR OPPORTUNITY AND GOT HIM AS THE 3RD DRAFT PICK.

WHEN MICHAEL JORDAN'S FIRST SEASON CAME HE WAS EXCITED AND SO WERE ALL THE FANS OF THE BULLS. ON HIS FIRST GAME MICHAEL WAS UNBELIEVABLE. HE SCORED HIMSELF A TOTAL OF 22 POINTS AND EARNED NINE ASSISTS,AND THREE REBOUNDS. FROM THERE HE WAS A BIG THREAT FOR THE REST OF TE N.B.A TEAMS. EVEN THOUGH THE TEAMS WOULD TRY TO STOP HIM HE WOULD STILL BRING HIS ''A'' GAME TO THEM.

MICHAEL JORDAN WENT ON TO WIN SIX CHAMPIONSHIPS. RIGHT NOW HE HAS HIS OWN SHOE LINE AND REMAINS VERY SUCCESSFUL. EVEN THOUGH HE DOESN'T PLAY ANYMORE HE WOULD ALWAYS BE ONE OF THE N.B.A'S GREATEST PLAYERS.

The Story of Anne Frank

By J. Rosales

Anne Frank was a Jewish girl that wrote in her diary everyday. She had a list of goals planed for her life which included her desire to write a book and get it published. She wrote her diary later and after two years her book became a best-seller all around the world. This is her story.

Annelise Marie "Anne" Frank was born on June 12,1929 in Frankfurt am Main, Wiemar Germany. She was the second daughter to Otto Heinrich Frank and Edith Hollander,Margot Frank was her sister. Anne and her family lived in an assimilated community if Jewish and non-Jewish people. Margot and Anne grew up with catholic, Protestant andJ ewish friends. In her family her mom was then devout parent and her dad, a Germany officer from World War I, was more interested in scholarly pursuits.

On March 13,1933 Elections were made in Frankfurt for the municipal council and Adolf Hitler won. Later in the year Edith and the kids moved to Achene where they stayed with Edith's mother Rosa Hollander. Otto stayed in Frankfurt, but then got a job offer to start a company in Amsterdam. He moved there to start the business and to arrange a home for his family.

On the morning of July 6,1942,the family moved into the hiding place. They left their apartment looking like if they had moved immediately, and Otto left a not that made it look like if they had left to Switzerland. As the Jews couldn't use public transportation they walked several kilometers from their house. They had to wear several layers if clothing because they wouldn't dare to be seen with suitcases.

In late July, the Franks were joined by the Van Pels family: Herman, and 16-year old Peter. Then in November by the Fritz Pfeffer,A dentist and a friend of the family. Anne didn't like any of the other kids, but Anne soon started a romantic relationship with Peter.

The families were in hiding for two years until they were betrayed and sent to concentration camps. They were separated by gender, and all the kids under the age of fifteen were sent to gas chambers and Anne had turned fifteen three months earlier. Anne lived in the concentration camps for six months until she died in early March 1945. She was just fifteen when she died. Otto Frank was the only survivor of the family. When he came back home Miep gave him Anne's diary and read it, and a few months later he got it published, because he remembered that Anne had said that she wanted to write a book and get it published.

Her diary told a lot about her life for the few years that she had that book. It tells people how her life was for her during hiding. Soon her book then became a best seller. The book was read by a lot of people and they found out about all the things that she went through. Anne Frank soon became a legend and she will always be remembered.

Who's Watching Them?

By S. Munguia

They are watching every little mistake you do. They have the power to ruin your life, but who is watching them? Who are "they" you may ask, well "they" are police. I have seen them get people for the littlest mistake and they get a ticket for it. They will get bored and just look for anything to do. Can't they just look for real crimes?

A lot of people have complaints.Who will listen? I am not sure, but I have seen is not how this state should be.Every one is equal right,so what makes the cops think that they are above the law. They get to arrest people, stop us and drive past us. Don't get me wrong the cops have had their good moments but you have to admit they have also had their bad moments. It's just that sometimes they can cross the line.

What kind of complaints can people have against cops? I'll give you a personal example. I went to this small restaurant and a cop car was parked, but took room of two lanes.I thought they were doing something inside that explains them having to park very wrong.I went inside they were eating, what a surprise.I also heard that if you past the white line where the traffic light is, that a police can give you a ticket, every one passes that line. Even the police do it. These, are two of the many complaints that I have heard.

Look, I don't hate the police. It's just that when they take advantage of the uniform and start believing that they are above the law. That's what gets on my nerves. They have protected people, saved people and they probably even dodged a bullet for someone, that is when they should wear their uniform proudly, not when they throw all that honor away and "pretend" they are better than every one else. Now that's what I hate. It's the hypocricy that is too hard to handle.

Okay,we make mistakes here and there. We do break the laws, but who got into the training?Who filled out an application? Who wanted to be a police officer for a living? I know the one's who get the tickets didn't. Who decided they were going to separate the bad and the good? The police did. If they want people to obey the law they have to try, too. They need to remember that they are here to protect the law; they aren't the law.

Lessons from the Vick Story

By B. Campos

This story is a big deal. It’s about one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, (National Football League) today. When this tragedy happened it shocked the NFL big time. Not only did it shock the NFL but it also hit the NFL fans and the world pretty hard too. If you don’t know what I’m talking about you obviously don’t watch the news (that‘s how big this is). Well the tragedy I’m talking about is the Michael Vick tragedy. If you want to know more about this tragedy I suggest you keep reading this essay.

Michael Vick is, or at least was truly a great quarterback (QB) in the NFL. The reason I said he was is because he isn’t playing anymore. He was caught torturing animals, not just any animals but dogs. The F.B.I agency’s said he was making them fight so that he could make bets on them and earn a little bit of extra money. If the dogs didn’t win, he would hang, drown, or shoot them.
When the NFL found out about this they immediately did some investigation of their own just to make sure it was true. The NFL soon found out that the investigation was true. They immediately put him to court to see if he was guilty or not. The court’s ruling took a couple of months. When they finally ruled him guilty he was suspended from the NFL indefinitely, and was sentenced to a year in prison.

After all of this hit the world, he had to pay big time. All of his products were taken out of the stores like his shoes, jerseys, etc. And if they were kept up for some reason not many people would buy any, because I don’t think anybody would want to have his stuff on after what happened. The biggest disappointment was to his fans, I mean what kind of example is he putting for his fans. He also let down his teammates because they were expecting a great season with him, but now they can’t do that without there star player playing. We expected more from this star player.

Therefore Michael Vick has ruined his life because of his stupid actions. Hopefully the NFL will let him comeback to play the game that he so much loves. With any luck he will learn from his mistakes and never do them again. Well thank you for taken some time off of your life to read my essay and I really hope you enjoyed it.
